FluxZenith – Return & Refund Policy (B2B Wholesale)

1. Order Cancellation

Pre-Sale Orders

• 30% of the total order value is collected as a deposit to schedule production.
• Once production has started this deposit is non-refundable and the order cannot be cancelled.

Ready-to-Ship Wholesale Orders

• Once the logistics dispatch note has been generated, the order cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Acceptance

FluxZenith operates strictly as a B2B vape wholesale platform. To protect product integrity and meet Indonesian vape-industry regulations:

• All ready-to-ship products stored in our Jakarta warehouse must be inspected on-site by the buyer or a designated agent at the agreed pickup or delivery time.
• Any defect, damage or quantity discrepancy must be immediately rejected on-site and documented with photos or videos.
• Once accepted (buyer/agent signs the delivery note or removes goods from the warehouse), no returns or refunds will be accepted for any reason, including defects discovered later.

3. Refunds

• Approved refunds (valid on-site rejections or pre-order cancellations before production) will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and verifying the refund request.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method or via bank transfer depending on the initial transaction.

4. Delayed or Missing Refunds

1. Check your bank or payment processor again.
2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider; posting may take time.
3. If still not received, email loveparadise@fluxzenith.com for assistance.
